Best Beaches

North Cyprus has been designed by nature as a great sea resort. Swimming, sunbathing, sailing, windsurfing, paragliding, water skiing, banana riding, - you will find everything you want for an unforgettable vacation. Those who would prefer to take pleasure in a more natural environment and favour relaxation away from civilisation, North Cyprus offers a variety of many public or wild beaches outside Kyrenia or Famagusta. Wild beaches do not have any facilities, so it is advisable to bring some refreshments and snacks with you. Do not forget towels and sand rugs, as well as the sun umbrella that will protect you from burning. A couple of bottles with drinking water are essential as staying under the sun to avoid dehydration under the famous sun of the island. Don't forget the importance of a good sunscreen protection.

Unspoilt Cyprus

Northern Cyprus remains virtually unspoilt - tourism has only developed slowly here - and so you will find many deserted beaches with miles of clean sand and warm sea. But it is not all tranquillity and natural beauty, Northern Cyprus does have a livelier side, with a good choice of activities, attractions and organised tours to keep even the most energetic visitors busy.

If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, away from the pressures of modern life, where the pace is gentle, the people genuinely friendly, a place the madding crowd has yet to discover, then North Cyprus should be the place to visit.
